          The Committee on Agriculture and Natural Resources moved to amend the bill on page two, section one, line one, after the word “authorized” by changing the period to a comma and adding the following: with the following amendments:

            On page thirteen, section 14, paragraph 15.a.1., by inserting the word “officer” between the words “compliance” and “shall”;

            And,

            On page thirteen, section 14, paragraph 15.a.5., after the words “another party,” by striking the word “not” and inserting in lieu thereof the word “nor”.
